I purchased a pre-owned 2021 Honda CR-V LX from Riverview Honda, Fredericton in October 2024. The buying process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. However, a few months later, I discovered that the vehicle had been sold with 225/65 R17 tires instead of the manufacturer-recommended 235/65 R17 size. This issue only came to light during a seasonal tire change, and it affected my driving comfort and road noise. Understandably, I was disappointed, as I expected a certified Honda dealership to adhere strictly to manufacturer specs—especially with something as crucial as tire sizing. That said, I want to acknowledge and sincerely thank Greg Tims for stepping in and resolving the issue. He offered a proper set of tires and arranged for an appointment to get things fixed. His professionalism and willingness to make things right went a long way in restoring my confidence. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds is what truly matters. I appreciate the effort to make things right and hope Riverview Honda continues to prioritize attention to detail moving forward.

When I moved to Fredericton I had an Accord which I started having serviced at the Honda dealership. Brenda always seemed to be my service advisor. She has always been pleasant and professional. I never left feeling that unnecessary work had been done or that I had been overcharged which is why I have been getting my service done there for the past 17 years. I just had the annual service done on my Honda mower. Chrissy leaves you feeling that your business is important to them. I totally agree with others that Jeff Irvine is a very pleasant, professional and accommodating salesperson! Great service - great staff!
